THE MATH, MADE SIMPLE

Start with jobs.
Work back to leads.

01 / CAPACITY

Crews × jobs per crew
= your job target

02 / SALES

Jobs ÷ estimate close rate
= estimates needed

03 / LEAD FLOW

Estimates ÷ lead-to-estimate rate
= leads needed

How to use these numbers

Use completed estimates. If you track scheduled appointments, account for no-shows when setting your lead-to-estimate rate. A lead, an estimate, and a sold job are three different stages.

Allow for real-world variation. Jobs, estimates, and leads are rounded up in sequence to create whole-number targets. Ad spend uses the rounded lead target × your cost per lead. Revenue uses the rounded job target. Weekly and monthly rounded totals can differ slightly.

Use one lead source consistently. The advertising plan assumes all target jobs come through the lead funnel entered here. For paid leads only, enter the job capacity you want paid leads to fill after referrals and existing work.

Revenue isn't profit or cash collected. All figures are USD planning estimates based on your inputs. The default monthly view uses four weeks; choose an average calendar month in the advanced settings.
